DIY Gift For The 2016 Christmas Season

You know how sometimes when you make one item, you decide to make many and get really carried away?  This is what happened when I  ended up making the "gift of the season" for me- Double Ended Oven Mitts.  

I made myself a set of Christmas mitts just for fun and ended up using them endlessly while doing my Christmas baking, I can attest to the fact that they are wonderful and really work to protect your hands and arms.

​The "cat's out of the bag" as they say! Now that all my giftees have opened their gifts, I can share with you what my DIY/Quilted Gift for this Christmas 2016 was.  I am sharing photos below:
