As promised the steps to making "Snowy" the eight pointed strippy star quilt I discussed in this blog yesterday 1. Make a strip set of fabric 8 1/2" wide by width of fabric 2. My own 45 degree diamond template - cut out 8 diamonds per block- you will get approximately 12 out of your strip set. 3. An original designed paper piecing pattern to make the 8 segments needed and to allow for accuracy of points 4. 2 Segments sewn together 5. The front side of the 2 segments Stay tuned to see the finished wall hanging!!!
