The above picture represents what I have been working on all week.
My new pattern called "Sew n' Travel Totes". I have had these design ideas in my head for months and just had to get them out of my cluttered brain! There is also a reason I am thinking travel because I am going on two significant trips this summer, one to Kansas and one to Nova Scotia and PEI. I am planning to use my new designs for travel because they are very practical and attractive to boot! What I can tell you is the above fabric was used, South Sea Imports, A Quilter's Home Fabric by Nancy's Cupboard, clear vinyl, rick rack and a DIY zipper pull ( FYI: "how to" for the zipper pull will be posted on this blog on Tuesday). There are 6 components to the pattern including 4 sewing totes/organizers geared to travelling! There is also a free sewing embroidery appliqué included in the pattern for the first bunch to purchase it! I am excited to get the pattern in my shop on this website and more importantly for all of you to enjoy my designs and to make all of the totes !! So please stay tuned and keep following my blog, this Sew n'Travel Totes Pattern will be launched very soon.... Happy Friday, I am off to Barrie this weekend, teaching at Humming Bird Sewing 😊 Have a great weekend!
